could say that she was the only server for the entire restaurant and that she deserves some more understanding, she was well below sub par in terms of serving ability. The woman that was serving us (or lack thereof) was not very helpful nor efficient with her time. My fiance and I went to Sushi Katsu for the second time on my birthday recently and unfortunately it was not a very good experience. I consider this establishment a mediocre sushi place. We also got Angela roll and dreamin roll. I couldn’t eat more than 2 pieces (and i love spicy tuna/salmon). Rainbow roll for $15 (plus 3.5% if paid by cc!!) and (philly) temaki for $8.5 + 3.5% (ha ha ha!) were way too expensive!! And the temaki (aka hand roll) wasn’t that big or anything extraordinaire.
I thought that place was EXTREMELY overpriced! I’ve eaten in various fancy sushi places, and found this one to be one of the most expensive. Weird!!! It would make more sense if they give some discount if you pay by cash - or simply put the final price with the 3.5% already in the menu. ready.įirst off, I didn’t like how they state the price on their menu the price refers to payment in cash, so if you are paying by credit card, there’s a 3.5% extra charge on everything you order. I’m mentioning this because it took us forever to get our order. We got there to find the place busy, but everybody was already eating. We wanted to try a new place, and found this one out on TripAdvisor.
